Refund eligibility is subject to transaction status verification and partner confirmation.Subscription fees, onboarding charges or service activation fees, if applicable, are non-refundable once the service has been activated or processed.Ezaypay reserves the right to review refund requests and take final decisions based on transaction logs, service records and compliance requirements.
